Being an introvert in our extroverted world is HARD! As an introvert myself, I’ve experienced others questioning my need for quiet and time alone, felt overstimulated and overwhelmed at parties and events, and had my introverted nature misinterpreted, which is why I felt compelled to launch this workshop.
Wine Pairing: Yoga with a side of Wine
Join Tami Jacobs and Joey Fox for an exploration of the senses through a curated pairing of wine and yoga. Tami will lead you through a yoga practice designed to open your palate, awaken your senses and prepare your body for a mindful sip. Joey will share five different wines from Old Westminster Winery and lead you through the sensory experience of wine-tasting.
Seasonal Resonance: the Fall Edition
Playtime to reawaken your wild creative spirit. This day long experience will included: A morning of hiking with opportunities to connect to nature in new ways. Heads up this will be a silent hike! A nourishing lunch back at Soulage An afternoon of partner-work, somatics and a playful exploration of the relationship between our bodies and sound. An evening of yoga Nidra, and sound healing.
Sound & Stillness: A Music and Yoga Journey to Calm the Nervous System
Join Christen and Kutay for a 90-minute immersive experience designed to soothe your nervous system and restore balance to your body and mind. This workshop blend gentle somatic movement, yin yoga, and restorative postures, creating a harmonious flow that promotes deep relaxation and healing. Throughout the session, live music will accompany the practice, with talented musician Kutay Sezginel playing a variety of instruments. Katonah Yoga Intensive w/ Dages Juvelier Keates (10 hours)
Alignment-focused, theory-forward, this weekend training will give students new insights from the esoteric ideas of subtle body anatomies to the pragmatic use of geometry to sustain form. We will cover aspects of Katonah Yoga’s unique practices.
Katonah Masterclass (2 hours)
Join Dages Juvelier Keates for a joyful Katonah Yoga Master Class that will incorporate rigorous practice, hands-on adjustments, breath work, metaphor, and imagination! Asana is origami for the body: as we fold and unfold joint space, we find form, function and lots of fun! Learn techniques to spice up your practice, feel great, and enjoyably embody complex forms in a practical framework of communal well-being. You will leave feeling strong, structured, stable, and full of new approaches to familiar shapes.

ANAHATA: What's Your Love Language?
Enjoy the afternoon with us as we open your heart chakra and define your love language. Is it words of affirmation, physical touch, or acts of kindness that make you feel loved? We will cover all three as we explore intimacy through physical touch, acts of kindness through service and words of affirmation through guided meditation. This event is open to all couples.
Reiki Healing Event
In our group Reiki session, you will be led through a short heart-centering meditation. During the session, your job is to lay down, close your eyes, and feel your feelings. That's it! You'll be given Reiki energy through each chakra/energy point which can help remove any mental or physical blockages you could be experiencing. At the end of the session, we'll have some time for you to share anything that came up for you, as well as receive channeled messages from your spirit guides for each chakra.

it’s just energy: an exploration of movement and stillness
amanda and elizabeth will guide us on a long form practice to redefine your relationship with the energy moving in your body. even emotions are energy in motion and the physical practices offered are tools to move things through and out and then integrate back in. through each wave of the practice there will be time and space for reflection and processing. expect to leave different than when you arrived.

Slow Flow Vinyasa Yoga
Connect body, mind, and soul through a slow-flowing sequence of movement that is often led by the pace of your breath. A mix of mobility and strength exercises may be incorporated into the sequence. Space is given to allow students to tap into their body’s natural rhythm by encouraging students to move at their own pace and to modify poses as seen fit. Some yoga experience preferred, but modifications will be offered.
