Inward: A Yoga Workshop for Introver

Being an introvert in our extroverted world is HARD! As an introvert myself, I’ve experienced others questioning my need for quiet and time alone, felt overstimulated and overwhelmed at parties and events, and had my introverted nature misinterpreted, which is why I felt compelled to launch this workshop.

Join me, Emily Fleming (M.A.T., RYT500) for an afternoon of yoga, introspection, and connection with fellow introverts. Our time together will include guided journaling, intentional connection, and a sequence of yoga, mindfulness, and meditation practices designed to help you go inwards and recharge your battery.

My hope for you is that you’ll leave feeling recharged, refortified, and with tangible practices you can use to go inward when you’re feeling drained, but the world is calling on you to stay present.
