Farrah Yaspe is a yoga and meditation practitioner and teacher. She received a bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universidad Latina de Costa Rica in 2007, began her yoga practice the same year, and started teaching yoga in 2008. She is currently a student at the University of Baltimore, working towards her Master’s Degree in Applied Psychology for Counseling.
She became an Anusara Inspired Teacher in 2013 and completed her 300 Hour Yoga Training program with Noah Maze in Los Angeles in 2014. She has taught public & private yoga classes in Costa Rica, Miami, Idaho, California and Maryland, where she is currently headquartered.
Farrah offers classes, retreats, and workshops. She focuses on facilitating the process of creating inner awareness by guiding her students and clients with a variety of techniques. Her offerings include asana, pranayama, meditation and journaling practices that aid in re-aligning the physical and energetic bodies with your optimal blueprint.
