Connect body, mind, and soul through a slow-flowing sequence of movement that is often led by the pace of your breath. A mix of mobility and strength exercises may be incorporated into the sequence. Space is given to allow students to tap into their body’s natural rhythm by encouraging students to move at their own pace and to modify poses as seen fit. Some yoga experience preferred, but modifications will be offered.
