Slow Flow Vinyasa

This is a slow-flowing sequence of movement that is often led by the pace of your breath. A mix of mobility and strength exercises may be incorporated into the sequence. Space is given to allow students to tap into their body’s natural rhythm by encouraging students to move at their own pace and to modify poses as seen fit. Some yoga experience preferred, but modifications will be offered.

Erica Sheppard

Erica began her yoga teaching journey back in 2014 at Charm City Yoga in Baltimore, MD. What started as a general interest to stay physically fit with her mother, quickly blossomed into a journey of self-love and self-understanding during her 200Hr training program.

Erica is passionate about improving mental health and seeks to share with others the pathway to enhanced mind-body connection through yoga. She strives to create classes that give students the space to move, breathe, and reflect at their own pace and within their own means.

Erica has studied hatha, vinyasa, and restorative yoga practices. She continues her yoga education to provide more inclusive yoga spaces for all body types and backgrounds.
