Amanda has spent her whole life moving and shaking in both artistic and athletic ways. She likes to blend both the flowy and functional into her classes.
Her dynamic and creative classes incorporate alignment principles to iron out the creases life creates. Amanda’s sequences are intelligently crafted with the demands of daily life in mind.
She considers both personal and communal needs and what is happening in nature. Expect a blend of asana, pranayama and imaginative meditation with flavors of Daoism, sacred geometry, Five Element theory, and nature’s patterns thrown in the pot.
Amanda is a 500-hr RYT and a 200-hr Katonach Yoga instructor. She has been teaching since 2013 and practicing since 2008.
